Quinta Do Perdigao: Tinto 2009
The colour is an intense ruby with a bouquet of prune, red cherry, walnut, cedar and balsamic mingled with a warm fragrance from the forest, marring with black pepper and chocolate. The flavour is elegant, full and fresh, with a delicate structure. Very fine tannins. It goes nicely with vegetarian dishes, fish, game, roasts and desserts.
